Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at goldvibeer@gmail.com with your order details.

Please note:

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
• A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment method, it may take several business days for funds to appear in your account.
